After joining 10 day working day will we training period
Appraisal candidate will we done on 1 April every year

Position: Technician (Water Heater, Water Purifier, Air Cooler)

Job Summary:

As a Technician at A V ENTERPRISES, you will be responsible for providing expert installation, maintenance, and repair services for our range of water heaters, water purifiers, and air coolers. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our customers' products are functioning optimally and to deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Responsibilities:

Installation: Perform precise and safe installations of water heaters, water purifiers, and air coolers at customers' residences, commercial spaces, and other designated locations.

Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to identify and address any issues that may affect the performance of the products. This includes cleaning, filter replacement, and system checks.

Repair: Diagnose malfunctions, troubleshoot problems, and execute effective repairs on water heaters, water purifiers, and air coolers to restore their functionality.

Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring their satisfaction with the service provided.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and installations, updating the company's database and paperwork accordingly.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure personal safety and the safety of customers and their property during installations and repairs.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, specifications, and industry advancements to deliver high-quality service and advice to customers.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other technicians and team members to share knowledge, best practices, and provide assistance when required.

Upselling: Identify potential upselling opportunities during customer interactions and promote the benefits of our products and services.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a technician in the water heater, water purifier, or air cooler industry is preferred.
Knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving abilities and technical skills to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment, as required.
Valid driver's license (if applicable) and a clean driving record.
