How to Cancel Your Order

  1. Login to Your Account
    Register or log in using your Email ID and Mobile Number.
  2. Go to Your Orders
    After logging in, click on “My Orders” and select the order you want to cancel.
  3. Request Cancellation
    Click on the “Cancel” button, enter your cancellation remarks, and save.
  4. Refund Process
    Once submitted, your order will be cancelled instantly, and the refund will be automatically credited to your account within 4–5 working days.

Order Cancellation Rights

Customers can cancel their order on the same day of placing it, and the full amount will be credited to their account within 4–5 working days.

Customers are also entitled to cancel their order within 7 days from the date of placing the order without providing any reason.

Once we receive your cancellation request and/or returned goods (if applicable), we will process your refund within 5 working days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order, and no additional fees will be charged.

Return and Refund Conditions

  • Orders with a value below ₹400 are not eligible for cancellation or refund once delivered. Customers are advised to verify their order carefully before purchasing.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 7 days
  • The goods are in their original packaging, unused, and in undamaged condition

Return Process

  • Returns will be processed within 3 working days after approval
  • Prior authorization is required before returning any item
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

Additional Terms

  • If a customer orders the wrong product and wants to exchange it, they will be required to pay courier charges for both directions.
  • In special cases, customers may return products within 10 days of purchase. However:
    • The refund will be processed after deducting courier charges for both directions
    • A 3% payment gateway fee will also be deducted
    • The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged

Goods Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Goods that are made according to your specifications or are clearly personalized
  • Orders below ₹400 once delivered to the customer’s doorstep
  • Goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature, deteriorate quickly, or have exceeded their expiry date
  • Goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery
  • Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature

We reserve the right to refuse any return request if the returned merchandise does not meet the above conditions.

Only regular-priced goods are eligible for refund. Goods purchased on sale, discount, or clearance are not eligible for refund, except where required by applicable law.

Returning Goods

If the product has already been dispatched, the customer may still cancel the order. However, the refund will be processed after deducting applicable courier charges and payment gateway charges of 3%.

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. The goods should be returned to the following address:

The product must be delivered to the seller’s address in its original condition along with all packaging, accessories, and invoice, if applicable.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable courier service.

We are unable to issue a refund without receiving the returned goods or valid proof of return delivery.
